Who can join eParadise.co.uk

Anyone who is within the any of the countries listed on the registration page may join this website assuming that they are over the age of 18, and are of a fit state to understand and accept these terms and conditions.

Any users who have previously had an account suspended or deleted for breach of these terms may not rejoin without the express permission of the Administrator.

 
Account Creation

It is the sole responsibility of the person attempting to join to confirm that their chosen username does not breach any copyright or trademarked material, and seek approval to use this name if it does prior to joining eParadise.

Attempting to imitate another member through registration of a similar username and production of a similar profile is strictly prohibited. Any member caught attempting to impersonate another member for any reason will immediately have his or her account suspended. If it is believed to be for fraudulent financial gain, local law enforcement may be contacted. It is up to the person being impersonated to prove beyond reasonable doubt that it is an intentional breach of the terms and conditions and not coincidental.

Each person is allowed only 1 account. Registration of multiple accounts may result in deletion of all accounts.

Published Photo Policy

By publishing a photo on your profile you agree that you either hold the copyright for the photo or have received written concent from the copyright owner to allow us to distribute the photo as part of this website. All pictures published are required to meet the following guidlines:

• must not be photographs or images depicting any illegal activities
• must not be pornographic in nature
• must not depict Animal cruelty of any form
• must be smaller than 50kb in size
• must not be considered distasteful in any other way

Failure to meet any of these conditions will result in immediate deletion of the offending material. Continual abuse may result in further action being taken.

 
eParadise Groups

All groups created within eParadise are the sole responsibility of the creator to manage and moderate. These groups should not breach copyright,intellectual property or any other laws. We accept no responsibility for the group topic, content or members. Any issues with groups should be raised with the group owner.

Where local rules apply for a group, they may not contravene these terms and conditions. In an event where you discover a conflict, the eParadise terms and conditions always take precedence.

 
Victimisation of Users

All users of the eParadise service should be treated with respect. We do not condone or allow victimisation of members under any circumstances. Any user suspected of victimising or causing undue stress to another user may have their account suspended indefinitely.

We do not actively read privately sent messages, therefore it is up to a member to report that this is taking place.

 
Use of Classifieds

If you intend to sell using eParadise.co.uk you must be sure that you are not in breach of the following rules:

• It must be a product or service legal to sell in that country;
• The product for sale must not be stolen, you must be legal owner of product;
• The sale of sexual products or services is strictly prohibited;
• The advert placed must give full details about the product or service

We reserve the right to delete items for sale for any reason without justification. Items listed which are in breach of these terms and conditions will be removed, repeat offenders may have their account suspended.

We offer no protection for the buyer or seller, this is a service facilitates transactions only. We offer no fund transfer systems so can not be held liable for transactions carried out on this website. Purchasing goods or services from this website is at the buyers own risk, any issues with the product or service should be raised with the seller not us. We make no attempt to validate each item for sale and currently offer no feedback system for sellers.

 
Breach of Terms and Conditions

In the event that these terms and conditions have not been adhered to, we reserve the right to suspend or delete the account without notice. We reserve the right to contact the ISP of the offending user, providing specific details relating to the offense and the users connection details. If we suspect any possible legal infractions, we reserve the right to contact the local law enforcement and provide them with specific details, including but not limited to log files, posted content and personal data.
